Safety & Hazard Policy:
Our Commitment to a Safe Space: Your safety and mine matter deeply to me. To provide you with the best service and "bring calm to the chaos," work must be conducted in a safe and sanitary environment.
Organized Chaos by AG reserves the right to pause, reschedule, or decline services if hazardous conditions are present. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Biohazards: Presence of animal urine, feces, mold, or infestations in work areas.
- Pet Safety: Aggressive or unsecured pets (we love our furry friends, but they need to be safe while I work!).
- Safety Hazards: Unsecured weapons, unsafe structural conditions, or blocked emergency exits.
Preparation for Your Session:
- Pets: Please ensure pets are secured before I arrive.
- Waste: Handling animal waste or biohazardous materials is not included in organizing or cleaning services.
- Discovery: If unsafe conditions are discovered during a session, work will be stopped immediately. We can reschedule once the issue has been professionally resolved.
